What this policy covers
This policy explains how Advanced Kearney Concrete handles information that comes through our website. We're a concrete contractor in Kearney, NE, and we pour driveways, patios, slabs, steps and other concrete work for homeowners and businesses in Kearney and the cities around it.
It covers what we collect when you use the site or contact us, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it. You can read more about who we are on our About page, or go back to the home page at any time.
Information you give us
When you fill out our contact form or call us, you give us details such as your name, phone number, email address, the address of the job and a description of the work you want done. You might also send photos of the slab, the cracks or the area you want poured.
Our contact form is run by an outside form service, so the details you type are passed through that service before they reach us. We only ask for what we need to call you back, set up an estimate and do the job.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours collects some basic information when you visit. This can include the type of device and browser you use, the pages you look at, how long you stay, the site that sent you here and a general location based on your internet connection.
We use cookies and similar tools to gather this. Cookies are small files your browser stores so a site can remember a visit or count visitors. Some of them come from analytics or form services we use, and they help us see which pages people read so we can make the site more useful.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work for reading and calling us, though some features, such as the contact form, may not work as smoothly.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to answer your request, schedule and give your estimate, plan and do the work, send invoices and follow up after the job. We use the automatic information to understand how the site is used and to fix problems with it.
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't rent it out or trade it to other companies for their marketing. We share it only with the services that help us run the website and the business, such as our form, hosting and analytics providers, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and job details for as long as we need them to finish your project, stand behind our work and keep the business records we're required to keep. If you contact us and we never do a job together, we keep your details only as long as they're useful for following up on that request.
Website analytics information is kept in summary form and isn't used to identify you. When we no longer need information, we delete it or remove the parts that point to you.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We'll do that unless we have to keep something for a legal or business record reason, and if so we'll tell you what and why.
You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Depending on the state you live in, you may have other privacy rights under its laws, and we'll honor those requests too.
Children's privacy
Our website is meant for adults arranging concrete work, and we don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us their information, let us know and we'll delete it.
How we protect your information
We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe, and we limit who can see it to the people who need it to handle your job. No website or online service is completely secure, so we can't promise that information sent over the internet will never be exposed.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our website, the services we use or the law changes. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page, and it applies from the time it's posted.
How to raise a privacy question or concern
If you have a question about this policy or want to make a request about your information, reach us through our contact page or call (308) 371-8187. Our hours are Mon–Fri: 6 AM–11 PM, Sat–Sun: 7 AM–11 PM, and we reply within 1 business day.
Tell us what you're asking for and how to reach you, and we'll take it from there. We may ask a question or two to confirm it's really you before we share or delete anything, so your details don't end up with the wrong person.
